As co-founder of NEOX Smart Solutions, Dóra leads the workplace experience, user experience and intelligent-building advisory areas.

Previously she worked on the MOL Campus project, designing, developing and operating smart building, digital service and workplace experience solutions. As a result she understands the decision-making and delivery challenges of intelligent buildings not only from an advisory perspective, but also from the client and operations side.

Her work centres on ensuring that technology is never an end in itself, but genuinely supports everyday work, improves the building experience and meets the expectations of the highest international smart building certifications. As a WiredScore, SmartScore and Smart Building Collective accredited expert and assessor, she supports projects from concept to delivery.

Her many years of enterprise procurement experience also shape the NEOX approach: vendor-independent and aligned to real needs, we design and recommend only the appropriate and truly necessary technology. We develop the NEOX Infinity platform in the same spirit — as a commercially justifiable, sustainable and user-friendly solution.

Varga Péter

Co-founder, CEO, Technology & Cybersecurity Expert

Péter has worked in technology for over 30 years, gaining leadership experience across multiple industries and continents. Over his career he has worked in oil & gas, finance, hospitality and retail environments, typically on assignments where technology mattered not for its own sake but as a strong answer to a business or operational problem. His international projects include several iconic developments — among them Marina Bay Sands and The Parisian Macao — and later, as development and managing director, he accompanied the creation of MOL Campus from the very beginning.

Today, as managing director of NEOX Smart Solutions, he works on intelligent buildings, digital operations solutions and user-centred building experience, so that the most modern smart building technologies are not developments for their own sake, but deliver measurable business results, operational efficiency and appropriate physical and cyber security for our clients.

Takács Gergely

Product & Sales Manager

Gergely joined NEOX with a background in enterprise digital product development and sales. His earlier banking experience comes from an environment where user experience, security, business value and technical feasibility all mattered at once.

The world of intelligent buildings today is no longer only building automation or operations — it is also digital service development. A modern office building must provide a clear, reliable and easy-to-use digital experience, just like any enterprise application.

An important reference point here was the MOL Campus approach, where smart building technology, employee experience, the operating concept and data-driven operation appeared as a single, unified system. This fits the NEOX way of thinking: technology creates real value only when it supports the building owner, the operator, the tenants and everyday users all at once.

Gergely's role is to connect client needs, product development and sales, and to support the practical, commercially understandable rollout of NEOX Infinity solutions.

Sarkantyú János

Product Design Consultant

János has more than 15 years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI design and service design. Throughout his career he has aimed to turn business goals and user needs into digital solutions that are intuitive, effective and genuinely valuable at the same time.

Previously he worked as lead UX/UI expert on the MOL Campus project, responsible for shaping the user experience of workplace experience, smart building services and digital touchpoints. As Product Owner and UX lead he supported the development of digital services from research through concept creation all the way to delivery, working closely with the business and development teams.

At NEOX he is responsible for digital product strategy and user experience design. His aim is that technology should not be innovative for its own sake, but should answer real business problems while providing a simple, clear and high-quality user experience. Drawing on his international project experience, he combines strategic thinking, a design thinking approach and AI-supported product design to create digital solutions that remain sustainable for our clients over the long term.

Morvai István

Project & Delivery Manager

István has more than 15 years of experience in software development, systems integration and the delivery of complex IT projects, including over 8 years leading end-to-end technology and business projects. As a Project & Delivery Manager, his strength is turning strategic goals into workable delivery plans, aligning parallel workstreams and ensuring predictable execution in complex, multi-team environments.

Over his career he has worked on numerous enterprise and international projects where business value creation, technical feasibility and organisational collaboration all mattered at once. On the MOL Campus programme he played a leading role in the IBM Tririga implementation, as well as in delivering digital services such as desk booking, indoor navigation, ticketing and the integration of various building management systems. He also directed the development of IoT-based data warehouse and reporting solutions, while coordinating the delivery of several interdependent sub-projects to safeguard the programme's business continuity.

At NEOX he supports the delivery and implementation of complex smart building projects. His work centres on transparent planning, addressing risks in good time and aligning the different disciplines, so that projects are not only delivered technically but also produce real business results. He believes that successful delivery rests on a well-collaborating team, predictable operation and delivery organised around shared goals.

Ollár Tamás

DevOps Lead

Tamás has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, DevOps and release management. Over his career he has gained leadership experience in numerous enterprise environments where stable operation, security and fast, reliable delivery were all decisive.

On the MOL Campus project he was responsible for planning IT developments, coordinating release processes and scheduling development work. The experience he gained aligning parallel projects, meeting enterprise compliance requirements and leading the DevOps team still shapes his approach today.

At NEOX he is responsible for DevOps and IT infrastructure operations. His role is to keep the platform running securely, reliably and scalably, while automation, rapid response and a FinOps mindset support efficient operation and continuous improvement. He believes technology alone is not enough: successful projects also require well-collaborating teams, an ownership mindset and continuous development. This way of thinking is a defining part of how NEOX works.

NEOX Infinity

Why we developed the NEOX Infinity application and platform

Across many intelligent building projects we found that users and operators are often forced to use several separate systems and applications for everyday tasks. This greatly reduces efficiency and, over time, leads to applications being abandoned.

That is why we created the NEOX Infinity application and platform. We developed NEOX Infinity because the operation of intelligent buildings is often built on separate systems, isolated data, multiple operational interfaces and too many user applications. Infinity connects these on a single, vendor-independent and secure platform.

The AI- and data-driven Building Intelligence module continuously analyses the building's operation, uncovers correlations, flags deviations, and supports the optimisation of energy use, space utilisation, comfort and operational processes.

The operations dashboards give a real-time picture of the most important metrics, alerts, trends and service levels. The built-in service management then handles services, tickets and permissions in a unified way.

Meanwhile users can access the building's services through a single, easy-to-use mobile and web interface — from access and parking to bookings, visitor management, event participation, fault reporting and notifications.
